Southwestern Po'dunk Sauce recipe by Barefeet In The Kitchen

Quick and easy, this was a simple dipping sauce that I made the other night to go along with our Cinnamon Chile Roasted Potato Bites.

It was gone all too quickly and the kids asked me to make more of it for next time.

What a great dunking sauce! Sounds like it would be a hit in our house. We are doing oven baked onion rings today, I think this would be a good one to dunk in!

What a great way to complement those yummy-looking potatoes!
By the way, thanks for your kind comment on the blog. The answer is that my husband takes 99% of the photos I use. Once in a while I use someone else's photo but I always credit it. Andrew seems to have the photography skills that I lack!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

This sauce sounds like it would have been perfect for your potatoes. I am sure that it could be used with other foods as well.

Sour cream would be a twist for us. My kids love baked potatoes so this will be a must try. I did hit the link to the Mexican spices. Good tip about making bigger batches for future use. I should do that for Thai and Indian as well.

This could be used for so many things. I actually think I could just dunk my fingers in there.
