Apple Walnut Salad
The bright flavor of the greens in this salad meets the sweet crunch and pop of the apples and blueberries, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy nuts. The sweet and tangy dressing finishes it perfectly.

spring mix

apple
(about 1 cup, thinly sliced pieces)

goat cheese or gorgonzola

chopped walnuts

fresh blueberries

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
Add the spring mix, apple slices, cheese, walnuts, blueberries, and parsley to a large bowl or platter.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
