In the midst of making Brown Sugar Cinnamon Applesauce this morning, I simply couldn’t resist the aroma. So, I scooped out one of the apples and devoured it with a scoop of the Vanilla Ice Milk we made last night.
This was a really great surprise treat and I am already thinking about making it again for a dessert one night.
In order to recreate this, just cook the apples until they are almost ready to crush and them remove then carefully, one at a time. I might even drizzle some warm caramel sauce over the top next time.

Mmm, that looks simple and delicious. Caramel sauce with it would be amazing!

I cooked red pears in port once. This would make for an interesting companion.
