Peach Salsa

What can you serve this peach salsa with? I think it’s more of a question of what it doesn’t go with.

I could polish off an entire batch of this by myself with a bag of chips (or even by the spoonful), but that’s not all it’s good for.

Instructions

  • Combine the peaches, jalapeno, onions, and cilantro in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir again and serve immediately.

Notes

This salsa is best immediately after it is made. If you must make it an hour or two in advance, wait to add the lime juice when you’re ready to serve it. The fruit will begin to break down soon after it has all been combined.
