Are you ready for cooler temperatures? I am gearing up for the soups and stews that make regular appearances on
our table throughout the fall and winter. The weather is finally cooling off and I’m looking forward to some long awaited fall foods.
Despite the fact the forecast here in the southwest is still over 100 degrees for the rest of the week, I keep reminding myself that fall is on the way.
One of my favorite things about this list of recipes is that many of them can be made from start to finish in less than half an hour. I like to keep soups in the freezer for simple lunches and easy dinners. If the soup reheats nicely from the freezer, I’ve made a note at the bottom of the recipe.

Thanks again for putting in the effort for another fine compilation.

I am ready for cooler temps. Sine I live in the south my temps are pretty hot too, even though there seems to be a very slight hint in the air…
Lots of great soups you have listed here-definitely what I like to make in the fall.

I
live in the tropics and there is some kind of homemade soup available any day of the week. A light, healthy yet hardy option when it is just too hot to eat a heavy meal.
