1large jalapenoseeds removed, about 3 tablespoons finely minced
3green onionsvery thinly sliced
3tablespoonsminced cilantro
1tablespoonfresh lime juice
⅛-¼teaspoonkosher saltadjust to taste
⅛-¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper. adjust to taste
Instructions
Combine the strawberries, jalapeno, onions, and cilantro in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the lime juice, stir again and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
This salsa is best immediately after it is made. If you must make it an hour or two in advance, wait to add the lime juice when you're ready to serve it. The strawberries will begin to break down soon after it has all been combined.
