16ouncesbowtie pasta or your favorite bite-size pasta
1cupmarinade liquiduse every bit of the liquid from the marinated tomatoes recipe
¾teaspoonkosher saltadjust to taste
½teaspoonfreshly ground pepperadjust to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package, adding a generous tablespoon or so of kosher salt to the water as it cooks. Drain, but do not rinse.
Combine the pasta, tomatoes, and marinade in a large bowl. Toss well to coat. Taste the pasta and season generously with salt and pepper, stir again and taste. Adjust seasonings as needed.
