Ingredients
1cupmilk
1½cupsheavy cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupsugar
⅛teaspoonkosher salt
4large browniescrumbled
Stir ins: 3 large brownieschopped into 1/2" pieces, about 2 cups worth
Instructions
Add the milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, and salt to a blender pitcher. Add enough crumbled brownies to fill the pitcher to the 4-cup mark. Blend until smooth.
Pour into the ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to an airtight container and stir in brownie chunks. Place in the freezer until firm.
