Peanut Brittle Ice Cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed peanut brittle
  • Optional: additional lightly crushed peanut brittle for topping
  1. Whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Pour into the ice cream machine and process according to the manufacturer's directions. When the ice cream has finished churning, stir in the peanut brittle. Serve immediately for soft serve ice cream or transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm. Enjoy!
