You can not go wrong with this smoked salmon dip, my friends. Dip vegetables, crackers, and even chips. I've smeared it on a bagel and eaten it off a spoon straight from the fridge.

Instructions
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, Add the sour cream, capers, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Beat again to combine.
Add the salmon and stir to mix throughout. Scoop into a bowl with a lid and refrigerate until well-chilled.
Top with chives and parsley before serving with crackers, bagel chips, and raw vegetables.
