1½cupwhole milk
⅔cupsugar
¾teaspoonground nutmeg
⅛teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonrum extract
Instructions
Combine the cream, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and salt in a small saucepan. Warm the mixture over medium heat, just until the sugar dissolves.
