2cupsmilk
2bananasfrozen or fresh
1cupred grapesfrozen
1/2cupblack grapesfrozen
3/4 - 1cupblueberriesfrozen
1-2tablespoonshoneyoptional - I did not use this, taste the smoothie first to see if it is needed
Instructions
Layer into blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth. Enjoy!
