2large ripe avocadoshalved and pitted
1cupgreek yogurt or sour cream
2large cloves garlicminced
juice from 2 limesabout 3-4 tablespoons worth
1/4 - 1/2teaspoonkosher saltadjust to taste
1/8teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place the avocado, yogurt, garlic, and lime juice in the blender. Process until completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper, according to taste.
