Kitchen Sink Ice Cream
Jam packed with cookie pieces, toffee bits, coconut, peanut butter cups, pecans, and more, this creamy vanilla ice cream is bursting at the seams with deliciousness.

Ingredients
- 1¾ cups heavy cream
- 1¼ cup whole milk
- ⅔ cup white sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
TOTAL of 1½-2 cups of the add-ins of your choice:
- chopped cookies
- chopped nuts: pecans, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, etc
- toasted coconut
- miniature chocolate chips
- toffee bits
- miniature m&m candies
- miniature peanut butter cups
- chopped candy bars
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine the cream, milk, sugars, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- While the ice cream is churning, gather 2 cups of your favorite add-ins. When the ice cream finishes churning, scoop a portion of it into an airtight container and sprinkle generously with the assorted add-ins. Repeat the layers until all of the ice cream and add-ins have been used.
- Place in the freezer until ready to serve. Serve with extra cookies or toppings, if desired.
