Olives: California olivesripe black or ripe green, extra large
Tomatoes: grapecherry, chocolate cherry, sunburst
Cheese: ciliegineor mini mozzarella balls, cubes of cheddar
Meatssliced very thin: prosciutto, black forest ham, roast beef, oven roasted turkey
Greens: butter lettucegreen leaf, romaine

Instructions
Thread an assortment of olives, tomatoes, cheese, meats and greens through the skewers. Pile the skewers on a tray or platter and enjoy!
Notes
Anything goes with this recipe. The directions are really just guidelines. My kids filled their skewers with all their favorite items. For serving a crowd, these can be made several hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
