Easy Mocktails
The best and easiest mocktails start with berries and mint, a splash of pineapple juice, and enough seltzer to make them perfectly fizzy.

Ingredients

mixed berries
fresh or frozen: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries

about ¼ cup worth

pineapple juice

lemon lime seltzer
or sparkling water, adjust to taste
Instructions
Divide the berries and mint leaves between two containers. Add a splash of juice into each, then use a muddler to crush the fruit.
Divide the ice between the containers with ice cubes, then add the remaining pineapple juice. Add 12 ounces of seltzer to each container.
Top with a lid and punch a hole in the lid. Pop a straw in, give the drinks and swirl to mix the flavors, and serve immediately.
