Ingredients
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup Dr Pepper syrup drink mix (I use the Soda Stream brand, Dr Pete)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine the cream, milk, Dr Pete syrup, and salt in a large bowl and whisk together.
- Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer the finished ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
