Catalina Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup light flavor olive oil
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked or plain paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. (This should only take a few moments.) Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
