Bailey's Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Bailey's Irish cream
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine the milk, cream, Bailey's, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream or transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
