1½cupwhole milk
⅔cupsugar
¼teaspoonkosher salt
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1½cupschocolate covered pretzelsbroken, not crushed
Chocolate Swirl Ingredients
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
2teaspoonscoconut oil
Instructions
Ice Cream Instructions
Combine the cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Chocolate Swirl Instructions
While the ice cream is churning, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth. Let cool a bit at room temperature while the ice cream finishes churning. (If it solidifies too much to drizzle while waiting, reheat for 10-15 seconds and stir again.)
When the ice cream finishes churning. Transfer half to an airtight container and drizzle generously with half of the melted chocolate. Layer with pretzel pieces. Repeat with the remaining ice cream. Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
