1frozen banana
10large strawberries
1-2tablespoonshoneyonly as needed
Instructions
Combine milk, banana, and berries in the blender. Puree until smooth. Taste and add honey for the desired level of sweetness.
Notes
Frozen berries may be substituted for the fresh berries in this recipe. If you choose to use frozen berries, you may want to use a fresh banana instead of the frozen one listed in the recipe.If you use both frozen berries and a frozen banana, this will be a very thick smoothie and you may need to scrape the sides a time or two during the blending process.
