Coconut Milk Banana Smoothie Ice Cream

Ingredients
1
cup
Thai coconut milk
refrigerated and thickened
2
bananas
frozen and cut into several pieces
drizzle of honey
to taste - about 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Place milk and bananas in the blender and puree until smooth. Add honey to taste and pulse to combine. Serve immediately for a soft serve milkshake or freeze for a firmer ice cream. Enjoy!
