Quick Cilantro Slaw
Light, creamy, and a little bit spicy, this Cilantro Slaw is a terrific side dish or topping for tacos.

mayonnaise

sour cream

fresh lime juice, about 1 lime

jalapeno, minced
(reduce amount for less heat)

garlic clove, minced

thinly shredded green cabbage, about ½ a large head cabbage

green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro. Whisk to combine.
Add the cabbage and green onion to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and mix to combine.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
This can be made up to 1 day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
