Ingredients
3medium size cucumbershalved, seeded and thinly sliced
6medium size Roma tomatoes
1/3red onionvery thinly sliced
3tablespoonstomato juice
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4 - 1/2teaspoonhot sauceI used Sriracha
1/8teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine cucumbers, tomatoes and onion in a large bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegetables and toss well to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
