Sauteed Ono (or Tilapia) with Balsamic Butter Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon light flavor olive oil
  • 2 ono or tilapia fillets I used ono, but I honestly think tilapia would have been better with this meal
  • kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Saute fish until golden, 4 minutes on each side for ono and 2 minutes on each side for tilapia.
  2. Drizzle with warm balsamic butter sauce right before serving.
