Sauteed Ono (or Tilapia) with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

tablespoon
light flavor olive oil
2
ono or tilapia fillets
I used ono, but I honestly think tilapia would have been better with this meal
kosher salt
fresh cracked pepper
Balsamic Butter Sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Saute fish until golden, 4 minutes on each side for ono and 2 minutes on each side for tilapia.
Drizzle with warm
balsamic butter sauce
right before serving.
