Almond Antioxidant Smoothie


  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or another milk of your choice
  • 2 cups frozen antioxidant fruit mixture feel free to adjust fruit amounts however you like
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Layer ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Enjoy!
