Light and Refreshing Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients

antioxidant blend frozen fruits
1
cup
pineapple juice
3/4
cup
coconut water
Optional: 2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons chia seeds, honey or sweetener if desired
Instructions
Layer the ingredients into the blender in the order listed and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
