Welcome to the weekend, my friends! Has your weather been as glorious lately as ours has been? The sun is shining, the rain clouds haven’t made an appearance lately, and I’ve spent time on the back patio every evening. It’s been wonderful!

ON THE BLOG this week: BLT Pasta Salad is loaded with all your favorite bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich flavors in a cold pasta salad with a creamy smoky bacon dressing. That smoky bacon dressing is so irresistibly delicious, I find myself going back for “just one more taste” every time I make this salad.

Southwest Chili Lime Steak Bites are crisp on the edges and oh so juicy inside with just a few minutes of cooking time. I’ve been hooked on cooking steak bites for a few years now and these steak bites are jam-packed with awesome southwest flavors.

What I’m CRAVING: This AMAZING salad over at Iowa Girl Eats! Oh my word, Strawberry Basil Chicken Salad with Fried Goat Cheese Balls. Crunchy + Creamy + Sweet + Savory? Yes, please!

My FAVORITE THING this week is my steamer basket for the Instant Pot. We make hard-boiled eggs every single week in the pressure cooker and this basket makes it possible to easily cook 2-3 dozen eggs at a time.

What I’m READING: Failing Forward by John C. Maxwell. I’m a fan of John Maxwell’s work and this is another great read. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of his books.

“Determine never to be idle… It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.” – Thomas Jefferson

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
