Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I’m hoping that this week of rainy days lets up enough for us to get out and enjoy some sunshine at last. Anyone have any fun plans this weekend?

ON THE BLOG this week: This Jalapeno Tuna Pasta Salad is so dang good I made it two days in a row and doubled the recipe the second time I made it just to guarantee leftovers for my lunch.

Making your own Homemade Italian Seasoning is as easy as combining a few spoonfuls of dried Italian herbs. It takes just a couple minutes to stir together this seasoning mix and you’ll be using it on everything soon.

You only need four ingredients to make this Homemade Chocolate Sauce and it tastes better than any chocolate syrup you can buy at the store. Smooth, sweet, and incredibly chocolate-y, it’s going to have a permanent home in your fridge.

What I’m CRAVING: I can hardly wait to try my friend Meseidy’s recipe for Sticky Gochujang Chicken Wings. My guys love wings, and these are some of our favorite flavors. I’m willing to bet these wings will be a hit.

My FAVORITE THINGS this week are these skinny dipped almonds (link HERE). Have you tried them? You know that I don’t go in for “diet” foods and initially I steered clear of these. But oh my goodness, they’re DELICIOUS. That super thin dark chocolate coating is perfection. The almond flavor is dominant, unlike many chocolate covered nuts where it’s all chocolate with a hint of the original nut flavor.

What I’m READING: Twisted Twenty Six by Janet Evanovich (link HERE) Once you’ve read the first 25 books in a series, there’s just no way to stop, right? I put these books on hold at the library as soon as I hear of a new one.

I just realized that I’ve been reading these books for almost 20 years now. While it occasionally makes me roll my eyes that Stephanie Plum is still in her mid-thirties, bumbling around and yet managing to catch all of the bad guys, each book is a super-fast read and they make me laugh. As always, this series is a fun distraction.

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
