I would choose St. Jude’s Reserch Hospital. My daughter worked there for several years and I got a chances to visit,. They do such wonder ful work. The fact that if your a patient there you do not have to worry about paying a penny.. It is a beautiful place.

My son lives with Autism. He is 22 years old. The organization that works with him is Focus (fbhi.org). They help with getting socialization, life skill and other things. They are a non profit organization.

Women of Hope of San Antonio Fisher House Project.. 100% of donations go to the Project. When our soldiers come home wounded and are in rehabilitation for several months, Fisher house accomodates them and their families with a place to stay and meals.

I love this! My favorite charity is the Autism Society, Greater Phoenix Chapter. My oldest son was diagnosed with Autism at 3 and is now 16 and has his driver’s license, is a straight A honor student, and has a lead in the school play. This organization has done so much for our family.

Salvation Army of Phoenix (my adopted home) or Salvation Army of Milwaukee (my birth home). I still have a place in my heart for the work they do in Milwaukee, helping the homeless during the freezing winters and then here in the Phoenix area, helping the homeless during the scorching summers.

If I am selected, I would like to make this contribution to Philabundance. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

    Best,

What a thoughtful idea Mary! Considering California’s wildfire issues over the past weeks, I would probably wish for a donation to ‘Convoy of Hope’, as they have “boots on the ground” in that area and they are bringing supplies, support, hope and most importantly, the love of Jesus Christ to those so tragically affected by the fires. As a second choice, I would probably pick Best Friends Animal Rescue. They are very helpful with aiding animals and their owners in times of disaster, and just providing a better life for homeless animals.
