I would use these almost daily! I bake large batches of bacon on the weekends to have through the week. I love to roast veggies. They would work great for both of these purposes.

I have read very nice things above Nordic ware. Great product. This would be wonderful for potatoes and roasting vegetables. My baking skills might improve as well if I had better pans!

Well, I’d probably use them to make chicken (we like your chicken thigh recipe) and fish. Maybe cookies, too, but we don’t eat a lot of those anymore.
