Our weather here in Arizona is already warming up while my friends on the east coast have SNOW! Do I need to explain just how envious I am? Whatever the weather, I am still craving soups and chili. To make the most of the remaining cooler weather,
I’ve lined up some of our favorite chilis, soups and stews for you. Enjoy!
I’m taking the next few days off to spend some time with my
family and meet my newest niece. She is barely two weeks old and I can
hardly wait to hold her!
It’s going to be a weekend of fun, games and birthday cake; I am looking forward to it.

Congratulations on your new niece! What a wonderful blessing. By the way, that Italian tomato stew looks wonderful. Actually they all look wonderful but something about that rich tomato broth has me craving soup! Enjoy your time off – you deserve it as I believe you are the hardest working blogger I know!

Good looking selection Mary – enjoy your time off. I don't think I could handle the Arizona heat, especially when Jenn said it was already 93 at her place.

Such a fabulous round-up of great soups. It's getting quite warm here too Mary…in So. CAl. We had a record high on Wed. of 94 degrees. Yikes!

I think we have quite a few more weeks of cold yet, so I will definitely be putting these recipes to good use! Congratulations on your baby niece! Enjoy the time with your family!

We have the best of both worlds. It was 70+ here and sunny this weekend and may have snow tomorrow. Grilling on the weekend and soups during the week.
