Banana Grape Spinach Smoothie with Chia Seeds recipe by Barefeet In The Kitchen

Grapes, bananas and orange juice are always a great combination in a smoothie. The red grapes are a good variation and the chia seeds work well in this smoothie as well.

My boys really enjoyed these and I’ll be making them with chia seeds again.

The chia seeds must give these a great texture! I've actually never seen grapes in a smoothie before but you're making me think they're an awesome idea!

Chia seeds are so good for the health. I have seen that Dr.OZ shows. Saw your comment in my blog, you should try using mint leaves in cooking and once you have used it, I can assure that you will love to add in everything – soup, marinades, smoothies, rice or salads 🙂

How many servings per recipe? I like the variety of recipes. I can’t rate the recipes yet because I haven’t had the chance or ingredients to make them. Looking forward to trying quite a few of them.
