The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is often called “The Most Photographed Event In the World.” My photos do this breathtaking event no justice at all, but you just can’t resist snapping picture after picture after picture.

There is nothing quite like waking up hours before dawn, stumbling onto the dark and grassy field with a cup of hot coffee in your cold hands; then watching the balloons begin to fill in a fantastic assortment of colors and shapes.

My brother and his wife traveled from Georgia to be here with us for the event. We had such fun.
