Savory oat crackers topped with creamy brie and sweetly spiced jam has been my go-to snack for the past few days. I can’t get enough of this simple combination.

I have a well-known love of cheese and charcuterie; making meat and cheese boards for snacking is our thing on most Friday nights at home. I stacked these oatcakes along with some brie and sweet and spicy pepper jam on one of our boards a few weeks ago and I could hardly believe how much everyone loved those savory crackers when topped with a generous smear of brie and a dollop of jam.
